Yes - it is generally very safe. Fadi has been practising for over 20 years. He uses appropriate techniques personalised to your age, conditions comfort level and medical issue. While you may feel sore or tired this will be mild and temporary.

We will begin with a chat about your history, lifestyle and symptoms. We will then assess your posture, movement and discomfort. Treatments usually includes hands- on techniques, stretching, soft-tissues massage and sometimes manipulations.

The first consultation is typically longer from 45mins to an hour. Follow up sessions are shorter from 30-45 mins.

Generally your symptoms will improve with one to two sessions however chronic or more serious issues could require more or a frequent amount of sessions. For any questions feel free to ask Fadi.
